    Adjacent to Mandapa’s Wantilan lobby, Ambar welcomes guests into an elegant open space adorned with warm wooden elements and surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor wooden deck elevates the experience further, offering sweeping views of Mandapa village’s abundant forest during golden hour. Accommodating up to 60 guests, Ambar celebrates the rich flavors of Bali paired with traditional Japanese beverage and culinary techniques. It is a destination to explore reimagined creativity through handcrafted cocktails and Japanese fusion gastronomy.

    Ambar’s signature cocktails, crafted with local herbs, roots, and barks, draw inspiration from ancient Ubud medicinal practices. Coconut-aged cocktails served tableside create an immersive ritual, connecting guests with Bali’s natural bounty. An exclusive house-made vermouth infused with native botanicals further reflects the bar’s dedication to craftsmanship and multi-generational traditions.
